Coach's Corner
Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "What a match! I'm so proud of the girls today. We honestly came out playing some tight and tense tennis early and dug ourselves into an early hole. For the girls to fight back from 2-1 down like they did and come through in big moments was great. This match wasn't about tennis. The girls won today on grit and guts and fought all the way to the last ball. After doubles, when we huddled up, I told the girls they had what it would take but they would have to fight harder than they had all season and that's exactly what they did. I'll say it again, I am very proud of the girls and their effort today. Great moment for the girls today but come tomorrow it will be a new day and we have to move on to preparing for St. Thomas on Wednesday. But today, the moment is for the girls."
