- Bermari Figueroa and Kelsey Brodbeck reached on singles before Troiana Test delivered the first run with an RBI single.
- Miller's sacrifice fly to center to center trimmed the margin to one and a throwing error by the center fielder also allowed Test to score, evening the game at 3-3.

- The Seahawks were held hitless in the fifth and sixth innings before Miller tied the game with a two-out, RBI double to left, plating Figueroa, who also reached on a double.
- Playing by international tiebreaker rules, the Seahawks opened the eighth inning with pinch-runner Alanie Cora on second base. Janelle Dominguez led off the inning with an infield single to second, and a throwing error on the play allowed Cora to score, giving Keiser their first lead of the day, 6-5.
- After Dominguez moved up to third on a sacrifice bunt by Aquaria Baines, the freshman came in to score on a one-out RBI single to right center by Thompson, extending the lead to 7-5.
