Turning Point
With the Seahawks trailing 77-76 with 18 seconds left in regulation, McClenton came down with the rebound and pushed the ball in transition. In a one-on-one matchup against fellow big man, Raheem Bowman, McClenton faded away on a jumper in the paint but his shot went off the back of the rim.

How it Happened
  • St. Thomas used two three-pointers to jump out to a 10-3 lead and stretched their lead to as many as 13, 19-6 at the 13:38 mark.
  • Keiser got as close as 28-25 on a McClenton layup with 6:35 remaining but the Bobcats held a 48-36 lead at the halftime break.
  • A three-pointer from Goss out of the break kick-started a 21-8 run for the Seahawks, giving KU their first lead of the afternoon, 57-56 with 11:36 to play.
  • However, STU answered with a 7-0 run to go back in front 63-57 with 9:31 remaining, before a Goss jumper started an 8-2 run to the tie game at the 6:25 mark
  • Following a Tim Sada three-pointer to put STU back up by three, Keiser scored six unanswered points to retake a 71-68 advantage with 4:56 showing.
  • The Seahawks held off STU until the 2:08 mark when they went on a mini 5-0 run to reclaim a 73-71 lead.
  • Goss continued his hot shooting, scoring five consecutive points to swing the Seahawks back ahead, 76-73 with 1:01 to play.
  • The Bobcats went on to convert four of their next five free throw attempts to jump back in front, 77-76 with 18 ticks remaining.
  • McClenton had an opportunity to put Keiser back in front as he drove coast-to-coast but his fade away jumper in the paint was no good.
  • The Seahawks were then forced to foul, sending Tim Sada to the line. Sada connected on both free throws, sending the margin to 79-76 with seven seconds to play.
  • Keiser had one last chance to tie the game but Marko Radulovic's three-pointer was no good, snapping the Seahawks streak.
