Turning Point
Keiser was in it all game and held a lead, 56-55, with 5:47 to play before the No. 13 ranked Golden Bears pulled away down the stretch to stave off the Seahawks.

How it Happened
  • Keiser conceded the game's first seven points, but then began a 15-2 run to go in front 15-9 with 11:31 on the clock, spurred by three trifectas from Orlic.
  • A back-and-forth stretch of play saw WVU Tech edge the Seahawks 9-7, as the Golden Bears drew to within four points, 22-18 with 7:45 to play.
  • Keiser proceeded to turn that slim edge into a 33-18 lead with 2:41 on the clock, its largest lead of the game, on the strength of an 11-0 run capped off with a bucket in the paint from Fisher.
  • The Golden Bears would go on to finish the half by scoring eight unanswered points, but the Seahawks still held the advantage at 33-26 over the No. 13 ranked team in the NAIA Division II.
  • Keiser came out focused for the final 20 minutes of play, scoring first six points to push their lead to 13 points, 39-26 after a three-pointer from Andrija Matic with 17:13 on the clock.
  • The Seahawks held on to a double-digit lead all the way until the score had worked its way to 49-39 with 12:36 left in the game.
  • The Golden Bears began their surge by outscoring the Seahawks 13-1 to go in front 52-50 with 7:27 to play, WVU Tech's first lead since 7-5 at the 16:15 mark of half one.
  • The Seahawks hung tough however, and gained a 53-52 lead after a Gedeon bucket and the harm.
  • Moments later when trailing 55-54, Matic converted to make the score 56-55 in favor of KU with just 5:47 remaining, but it would be the final tally for the Seahawks however, as the Golden Bears closed the game on a 13-0 run to earn the victory.
