The Keiser men's soccer team were dealt a 2-1 setback by Thomas University on Saturday afternoon. The Seahawks will look to rebound against Johnson & Wales University in the upcoming week.

How it Happened

• The game remained even through the opening 41 minutes as the Seahawks recorded seven shots with two being on goal.
• With just one minute left before halftime, freshman, Ciro Damine headed the ball into the back of the net off an assist from Evan Finnegan, giving Keiser a 1-0 advantage. The goal was the 16th for the freshman this season.
• Thomas evened the score in the 55^th minute as Sam Eyes scored on an assist from Y'sef Glass.
• The Nighthawks grabbed the go-ahead goal in the 59^th minute as Gavin Rochford-Smith found Logan Moriarty for the score.
• Keiser had opportunities to tie the game, however, both Cristobal Molina and Joe Rivera shots were saved by Thomas' goalkeeper.

• Keiser falls to 6-3-4 all-time against the Nighthawks.
