- The game remained even through the opening 41 minutes as the Seahawks recorded seven shots with two being on goal.
- With just one minute left before halftime, freshman, Ciro Damine headed the ball into the back of the net off an assist from Evan Finnegan, giving Keiser a 1-0 advantage. The goal was the 16th for the freshman this season.
- Thomas evened the score in the 55th minute as Sam Eyes scored on an assist from Y'sef Glass.
- The Nighthawks grabbed the go-ahead goal in the 59th minute as Gavin Rochford-Smith found Logan Moriarty for the score.
- Keiser had opportunities to tie the game, however, both Cristobal Molina and Joe Rivera shots were saved by Thomas' goalkeeper.
