Turning Point
With the game tied at 97-97, the Seahawks defense had to clamp down with Warner having a chance to win the game with 29.7 seconds left and 27 showing on the shot clock. Keiser came up with the big stop and threw a full-court outlet pass to Pratapas on a breakaway. Pratapas was then fouled with 1.1 left and the sophomore connected on a pair at the line.

How it Happened
- After the Royals opened with a three-pointer, the Seahawks answered with six straight points including back-to-back jumpers from McClenton to take a 6-3 advantage at the 17:52 mark.
- The game then saw four lead changes before Andrija Matic knocked down a jumper to give Keiser a 15-14 advantage with 14:26 showing.
- After a Pratapas triple and McClenton free throw widened the margin to five, the largest of the half, the Royals answered with a 9-0 spurt to take a 23-19 lead with 10:48 showing.
- Both teams then traded baskets, when Matic made consecutive jumpers to tie things up at 25-25 with 8:36 remaining.
- Following five lead changes over the next four minutes, Pratapas and Orlic nailed consecutive jumpers to give the Seahawks a 35-32 lead at the 3:41 mark.
- However, the Royals hit a pair of triples during an 8-4 spurt to claim a 40-39 advantage with 2:23 left on the clock.
- Bryce Andrews then connected on a jumper to start a 7-2 run down the stretch to claim a 46-42 lead heading into the intermission.
- Orlic made back-to-back three-pointers to cap off an 8-2 swing out of the break to widen Keiser's margin to ten with 18:31 remaining.
- Warner answered with a 12-5 run to get within a possession, 59-56, with 14:30 remaining in regulation.
- However, McClenton connected on a jumper to ignite a 7-0 spurt, ballooning their margin back up to double digits, 66-56, at the 13:05 mark.
- The Seahawks held on to a multi-possession lead until Isaac Sutton hit a jumper to close the Royals within, 76-73, with 7:22 to play.
- Over the next five minutes, Warner kept battling before Nick Macon hit a three-pointer to tie the game at 83-83 with 2:35 left.
- McClenton then scored six of the game's next nine points to push KU ahead 89-86 with just over a minute left on the clock.
- Following a missed opportunity for the Royals, Orlic hit a clutch triple to extend Keiser's advantage to 92-86 with just 39 ticks to go.
- However, Macon and Adam Giger nailed consecutive three-pointers to tie the game at 92-92 with four seconds left in regulation.
- The Seahawks had a chance to win the game as Goss made a three-pointer from the volleyball line but the shot was called off by the referees, sending the game into overtime.
- Warner opened overtime with a triple before the Seahawks hit three free throws to equalize the game at 95-apiece with 2:45 remaining.
- The Royals then regained the lead, 97-95 on a Melton Sanders jumper with 2:04 showing on the clock.
- A minute and a half later, McClenton downed a jumper to re-tie the contest, 97-97 with just 39 seconds to play.
- Warner missed a three-pointer with five seconds left and the Seahawks threw a full-court pass to Pratapas, who was fouled with 1.1 on the clock.
- Pratapas then split at the line and the Royals were unable to get a shot off to give the Seahawks a thrilling, 98-97 overtime win.
