The No. 8 Seahawks women's soccer team came from behind on two occasions to defeat USCB in double overtime by a score of 3-2. Keiser completed their busy week of four games in a seven day span, with a 3-0-1 record.

Turning Point
The turning point in today's battle came in the second overtime period when
Riley MacLeod netted her fifth goal of the season in the 115
th minute. R. MacLeod's goal gave the Seahawks the 3-2 Sun Conference road victory.

How It Happened
- USCB struck first in the 17th minute when Hayley Pina scored off a cross by Rileigh Olsen to lead 1-0.
- The Seahawks got the equalizer in the 36th minute when Filippa Millqvist found the back of the net off a through ball by Analisa Garraputa and Ebba Gustafsson.
- Keiser had a chance to take their first lead in the 51st minute but Emma Holmskov's shot went off the crossbar and cleared out by the defense.
- Two minutes later, the Sand Sharks regained the lead when Rileigh Olsen beat the keeper off an assist by Hannah Salus.
- However, Keiser quickly tied the game three minutes later, when Holmskov scored off a great feed by Kiera Heslam.
- The Seahawks went on to outshoot USCB 8-1 but were unable to score, forcing the game into overtime.
- Both teams had one shot on goal during the first overtime period but neither could find the back of the net.
- USCB had a chance to win the game in the 112th minute but Hayley Pina's shot went off the post.
- The Seahawks then capitalized and scored the game-winner three minutes later on the goal by R. MacLeod on an assist by Garraputa.

- The Seahawks improved to 7-0-0 all-time against USCB.
- The goal by USCB in the 17th minute was the first goal allowed by the Seahawks defense during the run of play in the first half.

Mat Dunn said, "The girls had a very tough week with four games in seven days and three of them coming out of state. With that said, I am very pleased to get this week behind us. We showed great character and togetherness to finish the week with three wins and one tie. The whole squad put time in this week and it was a real team effort. Now we have a chance to regroup and get into a set pattern of Wednesday and Saturday games."
