Turning Point
Jonah Jarrard and Michael Sexton were the turning point in today's contest as the one-two punch combined for five hits, two of which were homeruns. The offensive juggernauts also finished the game with four runs batted in apiece, accounting for eight of the Mustangs' nine runs.

How it Happened
  • The Master's had the first scoring chance early on after a one-out double by Jonah Jarrard placed a runner in scoring position in the bottom of the first inning.
  • Kyle Keatts buckled down and punched out the next two batters to strand the games' first run on second.
  • Reyni Olivero connected on Keiser's first hit of the ballgame in the top of the third but was then thrown out trying to swipe second.
  • The Mustangs nearly scored in the third inning with Pearson Good on third and two out until Keatts induced an inning-ending ground out off the bat of Jarrard.
  • The Seahawks broke thru first in the top of the fourth inning as Keivan Berges laced a single to deep right field, plating Zack Saldivar from second with nobody out.
  • Keiser scored again in the inning as Tyler Hitt reached home safely following a wild pitch, stretching the Seahawks' lead to 2-0.
  • Michael Sexton closed the Keiser lead to just one in the bottom of the fourth with a leadoff bomb to left field, his 17th of the season.
  • The score was knotted at two apiece in the bottom of the fifth following Max Maitland's double down the right field line, bringing home Caleb Menez with one out.
  • Jarrard untied the game with one swing of the bat three pitches later, blasting a three-run homerun over the left field fence to give the Mustangs a 5-2 advantage.
  • The Mustangs blew the game wide open in the bottom of the sixth inning, scoring four runs on just two hits, highlighted by Sexton's three-run double to deep right center to stretch the lead to 9-2.
  • Keiser threatened to cut into the deficit in the eighth inning following back-to-back singles to lead off the frame.
  • However, the threat was spoiled following a Carlos Lopez strikeout and a 4-6-3 double play off the bat of Saldivar to end the inning.
  • The Seahawks could not score another run in the contest as Mundo, Berges and Myott went 1-2-3 in the ninth inning, concluding the Keiser World Series run.
