How it Happened
- Tivon Faneyte recorded the game's first hit in the bottom of the first inning but the Seahawks could not bring in the first run of the contest.
- Florida Memorial outhit Keiser over the next two and a half innings, 3-0, heading into the bottom of the fourth.
- The Seahawks registered just their second hit of the game in the bottom of the fourth inning when Carlos Pena singled through the left side with one out.
- Keiser later scored in the inning with two outs as Shane Olive singled to right field, plating Reyni Olivero from second who was in to pinch run for Pena.
- The Seahawks stranded runners on second and third to end the fourth inning as Tom Prospero was sat down swinging.
- The Lions tied the game in the top of the fifth inning when Gary Garcia roped a double to left center, plating Sergio Chil.
- Keiser regained the lead in the bottom of the fifth inning as Berges singled through the left side of the infield, scoring Dylan Dore from third to claim the 2-1 advantage.
- The Seahawks had the chance to extend the lead in the bottom of the sixth with the bases juiced until Gabby Mundo harmlessly flew out to left field to end the threat.
