Â
Turning Point
Myott's RBI single down the right field line in the top of the ninth proved to be the turning point. With the Seahawks ahead, 4-2, Myott laced the single to plate Faneyte for the Seahawks' fifth run of the game. The final run proved to be enough as the Bobcats scored two in the bottom of the ninth but could not overcome the deficit.
Â
How it Happened
- Both squads were held scoreless until the top of the second when Keiser struck for two runs on one swing of the bat as Mundo doubled to right field, bringing home Tyler Hitt and Jack Curtis.

- The Seahawks scored another run in the top of the eighth inning when Reyni Olivero scored on a wild pitch to extend the Keiser lead to 4-2.
- Myott's ninth-inning RBI single added the insurance run for the Seahawks, stretching the lead to 5-2.
- St. Thomas stayed in the game in the bottom of the ninth when Gutierrez singled up the middle to score Centeno from third to cut the Keiser lead to 5-3 with one out.
- After hitting the next batter and allowing a single, Graf induced an RBI groundout to notch the second out with the 5-4 advantage.
- Graf settled down for the save, forcing Palenzuel into the game-ending groundout to preserve the 5-4 victory for the Seahawks.
