- Deion McClenton had a monstrous game with 30 points on 14-16 shooting and 17 rebounds.

TURNING POINT
The turning point tonight occurred when Ave Maria got to within 24-23 at the 7:51 mark of the first half but a Zecevic three pointer from Whittaker helped Keiser close the half on a 13-6 spurt, to lead 37-29 at the break.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
- McClenton scored six of the first ten Keiser points as the Seahawks jumped out to a 10-2 lead, forcing Ave Maria into a timeout with 14:51 showing.
- The Gyrenes got to within six but a tip-in and dunk by McClenton pushed the advantage back to double digits at 21-11 with 10:53 to go in the half. Deion outscored Ave Maria through the first nine and half minutes 12-11.
- Ave Maria chipped away at the deficit getting to within 24-23, but Keiser closed out the half on a 13-6 run to lead 37-29.
- The Seahawks outscored the Gyrenes 17-4 over the first six minutes of the new half, stretching the margin to 54-33. Whittaker paced the charge with six points while Jenkins had five and McClenton chipped in four.
- The visitors got as close as 56-40, when a breakaway layup by Jenkins began a 10-1 run capped by a Trystan Pratapas three pointer, making it 66-41 with 9:53 remaining.
- After a Gyrenes 7-0 run, a Jenkins three pointer ignited a 14-3 run capped by a McClenton layup to take their largest lead of the game of 80-51 at the 3:42 mark.
- Keiser continued to run away with the game over the remaining three minutes and won by a final of 90-56.
