Turning Point
The turning point in tonight's contest came in the first five minutes of play when the Seahawks raced out on a decisive 11-2 run. Hannah Del Negro netted two triples to account for six of Keiser's 11 points to begin the game. The Seahawks also got the job done on the glass, pulling down eight rebounds during the offensive spurt.

• Keiser jumped out to an 11-2 lead through the first five minutes of the game, thanks in large part to Hannah Del Negro knocking down two triples in the first three minutes.
• The Gyrenes responded with a 5-0 run to close the gap to four with 3:09 remaining in the first quarter of play.
• The Seahawks quickly responded with five unanswered points of their own following a jumper by Princess Cole and a three by Claudia Reque.
• Keiser capped off the opening quarter with a free throw by Kaylee Patton to claim the 17-9 advantage at the end of the first.
• The Seahawks extended their lead to 11 after scoring six unanswered points, including four by Patton.
• Keiser see-sawed back-and-forth between a double-digit and a single-digit lead before pulling away to take the 33-20 advantage heading into the locker room.
• Ave Maria notched the first four points of the new half, trimming the Keiser lead to single digits.
• The Seahawks were not rattled, extending their lead to a game-high 17 points following a corner triple by Reque with 4:01 remaining in the third quarter.
• The Gyrenes would not go away quietly, scoring the final eight points of the third quarter to cut the Keiser lead to 44-35.
• Ave Maria closed the gap to seven points with 6:00 left before Reque buried another three pointer to extend the Seahawks' lead back to double digits with 5:37 remaining, leading 49-39.
