Keiser Highlights

The turning point came in the bottom of the first when the Seahawks plated three runs to take the early 3-0 advantage. The scoring began with a double to right center by
Tivon Faneyte, plating
Dylan Dore and advancing
Brad Myott to third. Keiser received two more runs after a
Jack Curtis single, followed by
Tyler Goff's RBI fielder's choice.

How it Happened
- The Seahawks drew blood first in the bottom of the first inning, beginning with Faneyte's RBI double.
- Keiser then scored two more runs before the first out to stretch its lead to 3-0 after one inning.
- Florida Memorial cut the Keiser lead to just two runs after Pablo Delgado picked up an RBI ground out in the top of the second.
- Curtis extended the lead back to three following an RBI double to right field, plating Fanetye to take the 4-1 lead.
- The next batter up was Goff who stretched the Keiser lead to 6-1 after sending a rope over the high wall in left field for the first Keiser home run of the season.
- The Seahawks were not done in the bottom of the third as CJ Fitzpatrick lifted an RBI sacrifice fly to right field, scoring Carlos Lopez to extend the Keiser lead to 7-1.
- Myott stretched the Keiser lead to 8-1 after welcoming Ian Romano to the game by teeing off on Romano's first pitch of the season, sending the ball over the right field wall.
- The Seahawks reached the 10-run mark in the bottom of the fourth after Lopez singled to left field, plating Curtis and Faneyte to take the 10-1 advantage.
- The offense was not done as Fitzpatrick airmailed a two-run home run to left center in the bottom of the fifth to stretch the lead to double digits, 12-1.
- The Lions scored their second run of the game in the top of the sixth when Brian Gonzalez brought Tommy Hernandez across the plate on an RBI single.

- The Seahawks offense was back in action in game two of the doubleheader, scoring 21 runs on 16 combined hits.
- Keiser scored 21 runs for the first time since putting up 21 on the board against SUNY at Canton on Feb. 27, 2011.
- The Seahawks blasted two home runs in game two, both coming off the bat of Shane Olive.
- Olive, Zack Saldivar and Jack Curtis combined for 13 RBIs in game two of today's doubleheader.
- Johnathan Clarke notched the win in game two, pitching two innings and giving up one run on two hits.

The turning point in game two of the doubleheader came early on in the bottom of the first inning when the Seahawks scored seven runs to take the 7-2 advantage. Keiser entered the bottom of the first trailing 2-0 before evening the score after a
Jack Curtis two-run single. The Seahawks plated five more runs during the inning, including a two-run bomb by
Shane Olive.

How it Happened
- Florida Memorial kicked off the game with a two-run shot in the top of the first off the bat of Lance Mansfeld to take the early 2-0 lead.
- The Lions' lead was short-lived as the Seahawks plated seven runs in the bottom of the first to take the 7-2 advantage.
- Keiser began its plethora of scoring after Jack Curtis roped a two-run single with one out and the bases juiced to even the score at two apiece.
- The Seahawks plated two more runs after a Carlos Lopez single followed by a throwing error by Florida Memorial allowed Curtis and Steven Seiter to score from first and second.
- The very next batter, Shane Olive, extended the lead to 6-2 after belting a moon shot over the outfield wall in left center field, his first of the game and second of the day.
- Keiser scored its final run of the inning after Tom Prospero scored on a passed ball to conclude the seven-run bottom of the first.
- The Seahawks received another run in the bottom of the second inning off of an Olive sacrifice fly, plating Curtis for the 8-2 advantage.
- Keiser extended its lead to 13-2 after plating five runs in the bottom of the third, beginning with Seiter's bases-loaded walk.
- Curtis then hit a two-run double to extend the Keiser lead to 11-2, earning his fourth RBI of the game and sixth on the day.

- Keiser notched five more runs in the bottom of the fifth, including a three-run triple off the bat of Zack Saldivar, to extend the Seahawks' lead to 19-3.
- Olive belted his second homerun of the game and third of the day to open the bottom of the sixth to extend the Keiser lead to an eye-opening 20-3 count.
- The final run of the game came via the sacrifice fly off the bat of Saldivar, bringing Prospero across the plate for the 21st Keiser run of the game.
