Keiser University headed to NCAA Division II University of Tampa this evening where both the men and women fell in their dual meet.

Highlights

• Lukas Macek led the way with the lone victory on the evening in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 59.00.
• The best finish for the women came in the 100 yard butterfly with Varvara Klyueva finishing second with a time of 59.95. She followed that up with a second place finish in the 100 yard backstroke clocking a time of 1:01.97.
• In the 100 yard butterfly, Daniel Hartley (53.62) and Dalton Krencik (55.71) finished second and third respectfully.
• Justin Lewis (49.32) and Matt Farris (51.70) came in second and third during the 100 yard freestyle.
• During 100 yard backstroke, Nicholas Oh had a runner up finish with a time of 51.97.

"I commend the team for racing hard. We left a few kids at home because they are sick or injured, so we were a little shorthanded against a top 10 D2 team. This team is getting tested day in and day out, as we prepare for our ultimate goal of Nationals. We are back tomorrow in Preparation for a rematch at Florida Tech."
