The Keiser University Men's and Women's Swimming teams came up short on the road against NCAA Division II Florida Tech this afternoon.

Highlights

• The Seahawks won both the men's and women's 50 yard backstrokes with Rachel Munschauer (29.16) and Nicholas Oh (24.10).
• Lukas Macek took the top spot in the 50 yard breaststroke with a swim of 26.62.
• Varvara Klyueva won the 100 yard butterfly (59.83) and the 200 yard IM (2:13.63).
• Munschauer also won the 50 yard butterfly with a time of 27.60.
• In the 100 yard freestyle, Justin Lewis was victorious with a time of 47.62.
• Oh grabbed top honors in the 100 yard backstroke, clocking a swim of 51.70.

Coaches Quote
For being broken down and tired, the team swam really well. We had a whole bunch of season best times and even a few life time best times. For this post in the season that is very impressive. The kids are ready to have their first home meet next Saturday against Rollins, and swim in front of a home crowd for the first time.
