The Seahawks men's soccer team fell 2-0 to Johnson & Wales in their regular season finale on Wednesday evening. Keiser concludes this portion of their schedule with a 6-10-1 overall and 5-4 TSC record.
Keiser had the game's first couple scoring opportunities by
Emil Huovinen and
Ben Frogner but their shots were saved. The Wildcats then broke through in the 37th minute for the lone goal of the half making it 1-0.
Johnson & Wales then tacked on a second goal in the 84th minute going up 2-0.
Shoval Failer and
Jaime Segura had a chance to put the Seahawks on the board but their shots were saved.
The Wildcats held a slight 9-7 advantage in shots.
Thomas Dawson led the way with two shots on the night.
Vinnie Cainth made two saves in goal.
