Sarah Turner enters her second year as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Keiser University. In her role, she oversees strength and conditioning programs for Swimming and Diving, Flag Football, Cheer, and Dance, while also assisting with Football. Turner designs and implements sport-specific training programs while working closely with coaches to support student-athlete development and performance.
During her time at Keiser, Turner has been a member of the strength and conditioning staff for the 2023 NAIA National Champion Football team, the 2025 NAIA National Champion Swimming and Diving teams, and the 2024 and 2025 NAIA National Runner-Up Flag Football teams.
In the summer of 2024, Turner expanded her experience as a Strength and Conditioning Intern with the University of Cincinnati football program. There, she assisted with preseason training, organized and executed lift sessions, and worked with the Sports Science department utilizing VALD Performance testing technologies.
Before her time at Cincinnati, Turner served as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at the University of Tennessee. She assisted and led lift sessions, coached return-to-play athletes, and developed her expertise with performance monitoring systems such as Catapult and Muscle Lab Speed Laser.
Turner also gained experience working with Olympic sports as an Athletic Performance Coach Intern at UCLA. She contributed to the development of men’s water polo, women’s tennis, men’s soccer, and women’s rowing. During her time in Los Angeles, she designed and implemented programs for developmental athletes and worked extensively with Sparta Force Plates, Brower Timing Gates, Vitruve, and Bridge Athletic.
Turner earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University in 2022 and her Master of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Keiser University in 2025.
