Kevin Hayes enters his first season as the Keiser golf assistant coach,  Hayes joins Keiser after founding Hayes Performance Consulting, LLC, a South Florida-based mental performance company specializing in golf.

Prior to launching HPC, Hayes served as a Mental Performance Consultant with Barry University’s men’s and women’s golf programs. Over two seasons, he conducted more than 150 individual and group sessions, designed mental performance programs tailored to athletes’ goals, and collaborated closely with coaching staffs to foster a high-performance culture. Hayes also worked at Miami Shores Country Club as a starter, where he managed tee sheets, supported tournament operations, and ensured a seamless member and guest experience.

Personal
Hayes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University in 2023, where he was recognized on the President’s and Dean’s Lists. He is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Performance with a specialization in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology at Barry University, with graduation expected in May 2025. He also holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
