Dylan Mott

Dylan Mott enters her second season as an assistant volleyball coach for the Seahawks. In her first season on staff, she helped guide the program to a 13–12 overall record, including a 7–7 mark in conference play. Under the coaching staff's leadership, the Seahawks produced four All-Conference selections, highlighted by two First Team honorees and two Second Team selections.

A former NCAA Division I student-athlete, Mott graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Master of Business Administration in Sports Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management.

During her collegiate career, Mott was a standout performer for both the indoor and beach volleyball programs. She earned three Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) First Team selections, was named the 2022 OVC Beach Volleyball Freshman of the Year, and received the 2024 Bettye Giles Female Athlete of the Year Award. Her excellence extended beyond competition, as she was a regular member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, while also earning the prestigious 2023 OVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award.

Prior to joining the Seahawks, Mott gained valuable coaching experience with C2 Attack Volleyball Club, where she helped develop young athletes through technical instruction, mentorship, and competitive skill development.
