  • Manion enters his third season with Keiser as head coach
2025-26
  • Manion guided the Seahawks to the most successful season in program history, finishing with an 8-3 overall record and a 4-1 mark in AAC dual competition, securing the program's first winning season.
  • Keiser earned its first-ever NAIA Top 25 ranking during the season and finished the year ranked No. 19 nationally.
  • The Seahawks placed third at the AAC Championships, the highest conference finish in program history, with a program-record 11 placers and three All-Conference selections in Patrick Jones, Sam Libby, and Jordan Sommers.
  • Under Manion's leadership, Keiser qualified a program-record eight wrestlers for the NAIA National Championships, including five automatic qualifiers and three wildcard selections.
  • Jordan Sommers became the third NAIA All-American in program history, finishing sixth nationally at 285 pounds.
  • Sam Libby earned the Mannuel Gorriaran Award at the NAIA National Championships, presented to the wrestler recording the most falls in the least amount of combined time during the tournament.
  • Patrick Jones captured the AAC Championship at 125 pounds, while Jordan Sommers finished runner-up at 285 pounds and Sam Libby placed third at 184 pounds.
  • The Seahawks recorded multiple nationally ranked victories throughout the season and set a program record for points scored at the Missouri Valley/Hawk Classic Open.
  • Keiser earned four NWCA Scholar All-Americans, three AAC All-Academic selections, and two NAIA Scholar-Athletes, highlighting the program's success both on the mat and in the classroom.
2024-25
  • Manion quickly led Keiser back to prominence in his first season, overseeing a 2-4 duals record with wins over Rio Grande and Pikeville.
  • Under Manion's leadership, the Seahawks had two All-AAC wrestlers, and Zachary Knowles was named the 2025 AAC Wrestling Champion of Character
  • Two Seahawks, Jett McCauley and Miguel Hernandez, qualified for NAIA Nationals and picked up two wins in that event, while also finishing the season ranked in the top 25
  • Keiser ended the season receiving votes in the NAIA poll

Pre-Keiser
Manion comes to Keiser after serving as an assistant coach at Life University for the past five years. Last season he guided the Running Eagles to the 2024 NWCA NAIA National Duals Championship as interim head coach. A three-time conference assistant coach of the year (2022, 2023, 2024), Manion has helped Life U win the 2021 NAIA National Championship, four top-3 finishes at the NAIA National Tournament, four top-2 finishes in the NAIA National Duals, five conference regular season championships, and four conference tournament championships. Individually he has helped coach eight national champions, 18 national finalists, 36 all-Americans, 57 national qualifiers, 10 academic all-Americans, and 101 academic all-conference honorees.
 
Personal
Manion is a FHSAA State Placer and 2X High School AA at Fivay High School in Hudson, Fla. He was named to the Tampa Bay Times first Team All-North Suncoast, Tamps Tribune’s All Pasco County Wrestling first team, two-time Disney Duals All-American, 2014 Sunshine Athletic Conference Champion, 2x FHSAA District Champion, 5th at FSHAA State Tournament He finished his academic and athletic career at Grand View University where he was part of two NAIA National Championship-winning teams (2018, 2019). He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
