  • Entering his third year as assistant coach for the Seahawks
  • Helped Keiser set the school record for win with 20 during the 2025 season
  • Guided the Seahawks to a then school-record 18 wins while winning both the Sun Conference regular season and tournament titles while advancing to the NAIA National Championship Game
  • Coached the Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Year (Jazmin Rhoden)
  • Coached the Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Year (Adrianna Cavalotti)
  • Also coached 19 all-conference honors
  • Offensively, the Seahawks have produced 5,270 yards through the air with 95 passing touchdowns in 2024

Pre-Keiser
Truszkowski, the founder/owner of TRU Skillz Academy and the President of TRU Skillz Academy All-Stars – an elite girls travel flag football program, has been coaching flag football since 2010. He has also coached at Seminole Ridge Community High School and local community programs throughout Palm Beach County.  
 
Truszkowski also has played flag football since 2005 (both 7v7 and 5v5). As a player, he has competed in the Tampa World Championships, Florida State Flag Football Championships, and the AFFL Championships.
 
Personal
A native of Lake Worth, Florida, Truszkowski earned a degree in architecture from Florida Atlantic in 2012. Truszkowski and his wife Kathy have four children and live in Loxahatchee, Florida.
