2022-23
  • Guided Keiser to a 2-7 record with a 2-5 record in conference 
  • Led the program to it's first two NAIA All-Americans in Patrick Gould and Earnest Johnson
  • Coached five Seahawks to the NAIA National Championship, posting a 12-10 overall record at the event
  • Keiser recorded their highest finish in program history at the event with an 18th place result
  • Recorded a fourth-place finish at the AAC Conference Championship with three all-conference members
  • Gould and Adam El Damir were named Scholar Athletes by the NAIA
  • Eight wrestlers earned Academic All-Appalachian Athletic Conference Honors

2021-22
  • Posted a 2-9 record in his first season
  • Earned the programs first Mid-South Conference win against Brewton-Parker
  • Coached Patrick Gould and Earnest Johnson to NAIA National Championship Appearances
  • Advised Gould and Johnson to the programs first wins at the NAIA National Championship
  • Finished fourth at the MSC South Championship
  • Five wrestlers received Academic All Mid-South honors

Pre-Keiser
Soto arrives at Keiser after spending the previous two seasons at St. Andrews University as the Head Coach. In his time, he coached five conference placers and had four Academic All-Conference honorees. In his second year, he started the women’s program for the Knights. Off the mat, he completed the NWCA CEO Leadership Academy.
Soto began his coaching career as a Graduate Assistant at NCAA Division II, Seton Hill University.
 
Wrestling Career
Soto was a four-time NCAA Division 1 Qualifier and four-time SoCon Champion at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Soto was ranked in the top 15 every year and was undefeated in conference competitions.

Soto was a three-time NHSCA All-American, two-time Florida State Champion, and three-time placer for Springstead High School.

Soto graduated from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
