- Coached over 75 athletes to Track & Field All-Americans Honors and Division 1 scholarships offers.

Pre-Keiser
Baker brings 14 years of coaching experience to the Seahawks with his most recent stop at 1A FHSAA Powerhouse The Benjamin School located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. While at The Benjamin School he led them to a Conference, County, District, Regional, and 1A State Championship title 2022. He coached the school’s first State Champion Micah Mays (400m (46.5) and Triple Jump (14.10m) Champ). Baker led the women’s outdoor team to the best finish in school’s history finishing 4
th at the 1A State Championship. Overall, he guided over 77 student-athletes to All-State honors in outdoor track and saw 11 school records broken during the years.
As an Athlete
Baker began his track career at Palm Beach Lakes High School where he was a National All-American in the 110H (13.81) and 300H (36.4). He finished that summer 7
th in the nation as decathlete and considered the best all-around hurdler of the year 2000. At the USATF National’s, he finished 2
nd overall in the 110H. As a colligate athlete, he attended Saint Augustine’s University in Raleigh North Carolina where he earned more All- American honors as a key member of the 2006 Div. II National Championship team. Baker also played Football and Tennis earning All- Conference honors in both sports.
Personal
Baker graduated from Saint Augustine’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Wellness with a Minor in Theology. Also, a member of the Gamma Omicron Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc
