Norris Novel

• Entering his third year as an Assistant Coach of the Seahawks swimming teams
• Assisted with 52 NAIA All-Americans on the men’s side and 50 on the women’s
• Aided in the men and women being ranked No. 1 during the entire season
• Helped both teams win their mid-season championship at the Asbury Invite 
• Assisted the men in claiming their fourth straight NAIA National Championship and the women claiming their first NAIA National Championship

Pre-Keiser
Prior to Keiser, Grimmett-Norris spent two years as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas. Before that, he spent a year at Wagner College.
 
Athletic Highlights
Grimmett-Norris was a three-time ACC Team member at Virginia Tech University after spending his freshman year at the University of Kentucky. At Kentucky, he was an All-SEC Freshman Team member.
 
Grimmett-Norris is a former US Swimming National Team member, as well as a Junior National Team member. He holds the US Swimming National Age Group Record.

Personal
Grimmett-Norris graduated from Virginia Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and a Minor in Spanish. He went to obtain his Master's Degree in Sports Recreation and Management from Arkansas.
