  • Entering her fifth season as the Assistant Women's Lacrosse coach
  • Assisted in the Seahawks boasting a 31-25 record during her four seasons
  • Helped with Keiser advancing to two NAIA National Tournaments
  • In 2019, Keiser earned their first national tournament victory and advanced to the semifinals
  • Keiser claimed a share of the Mid-South Regular Season Championship in 2019 before falling in the tournament championship game
  • Assisted with 20 All-Conference players and six NAIA All-Americans. Off the field, KU has yielded six Academic All-Conference awards
  • Picked up the school’s first win on March, 24, 2017, on the road at Asbury College, by a score of 11-10

Pre-Keiser
Prior to her arrival at Keiser, Sjaardema was the Head Coach at Park Vista and Cardinal Gibbons High School. She led Cardinal Gibbons to a District runner-up finish and Park Vista to a District title. In addition, she was twice named the Palm Beach Post Girls Lacrosse Coach of the Year.
 
Playing Career
Sjaardema attended Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania from 2010-12, where she was a member of a squad that won the 2011 PSAC Championship and competed in the 2011 NCAA Division II First Round.
 
Personal
Sjaardema graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2016 with her Bachelors of Science in Geology.
