John Golden joins the Keiser University women’s lacrosse team prior to the inaugural 2017 season, serving as the volunteer assistant. Golden will be assisting with all aspects of strength and conditioning along with being the primary goalie coach.
Prior to his time at Keiser, Golden was employed as a seasonal demo day technician at Okeeheelee Golf Course and John Prince Learning Center. While at Okeeheelee, Golden provided excellent customer service and was responsible for running demo day events at both locations. Golden also served in the United States Army from February 2011 to June 2014 in the 1-501 Airborne Infantry unit specializing in airborne operations in the Pacific as well as operations in RC East Afghanistan.
Golden has volunteered with the Special Olympics working as a gold instructor. Golden has also worked various military volunteer jobs as well as PGA events such as the Honda Classic.
Golden is currently enrolled in the College of Golf at Keiser University and will graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management with an emphasis in golf in May 2017.
