Playing Career
Frost was a member of the Seahawks team for one season after transferring from University of Jamestown. In her time, she earned All-Conference honors as an outfielder and was named First Team All-Region. In her lone season, Frost led the Sun Conference with a .421 batting average and led the Seahawks with 56 hits and 19 stolen bases.
