Working Wilks

• Entering his second season as an Assistant Track & Field Coach
• Primarily works with the hurdlers and sprinters on the women’s side
• Breakdown and studies the athletes events so they can better understand how to better compete in each event

Pre-Keiser
Prior to Keiser, Wilks was the Assistant to Aleen Bailey, Olympic Champion for Jamaica. He has served as an Assistant Track Coach at both Oxbridge Academy and Palm Beach Lakes High School.
 
Running Career
Wilks was a three-time All-American in track & field at the University of South Carolina. In her time, she earned Athlete of the Year honors, won the SEC Commissioner trophy, and was a captain for the National Championship team.

Wilks is a two-time Olympic Trials qualifier (2004 USA and 2016 Jamaica), and competed professionally from 2005 to 2016. 
 
Personal
Wilks graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s in Studio Arts with a minor in Early Childhood Education.
