Ishak In-Words

• Entering his second year as a Assistant Dive Coach for the swimming and diving teams
• The women claimed their fourth straight NAIA National Championship
• The men won their sixth NAIA National Championship
• On the women's side, AC Taylor received NAIA All-America honors in the 1-Meter Dive
• On the men's side, Juan Gonzalez was named NAIA Diver of the Year after wins in the 1-Meter and 3-Meter competitions
• Gonzalez also received SUN Diver of the Year honors

Diving Career
Ishak is a two-time Olympian, competing at the 2016 Rio Olympics and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In Toyko, Ishak finished 11th in the 3-Meter Springboard Event, Egypt's best finish since the 1948 Olympic Games. He also competed in the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China where he took home a silver medal in the Mixed Team competition with his diving partner Wu Shengping (China).
