  • Entering his second season as the assistant coach of the Seahawks' swimming and diving teams.
  • The women claimed their third straight NAIA National Championship
  • The men finished as runner-up at the NAIA National Championship
  • The women wrapped up the three-peat with 44 NAIA All-Americans, five relay All-American teams, four relay national championship teams, and three individual national championships
  • On the men's side, the team grabbed 45 NAIA All-Americans, five relay All-American teams, two relay national championship teams, and four individual national championships
  • Noel de Geus was named NAIA Swimmer of the Year and took home Swim of the Meet honors
  • Both men and women were ranked No. 1 all season
  • Men and women won SUN Conference Tournament
  • At the conference tournament, Noel De Geus was named SUN Swimmer of the Year and Andrew Cestra was named SUN Diver of the Year

Hampel will serve as the assistant coach for the men's and women's teams. Prior to Keiser, he helped lead the University of West Florida swimming & diving program to their fourth consecutive NSISC Conference Championship and sixth overall in the program's tenth year. Hampel joined the Argonaut staff with six years of club-level experience, most recently, two years as Head Age Group at Missouri State Aquatics. He helped guide the program at MSA to its first combined (Men's and Women's) scoring finish in program history at Speedo Sectionals. 

He was a two-time High School All-American, a member of the University of Louisville's eighth-ranked 2017 Men's NCAA Recruiting Class. During his collegiate career, he was a three-time individual Mid-American Conference Champion, a two-time First-Team All-MAC selection, and helped the team win a MAC Team Championship in 2020. Hampel was also a 2020 United States Olympic Trials Qualifier, a fifth-ranked University of Louisville team member, and a two-time captain at Missouri State University. He was also a four-time CSCAA Academic All-American, a three-time MAC distinguished scholar, and a two-time ACC Honor Roll member.

Hampel earned a bachelor's in General Studies with an emphasis in Biomedical Science, Kinesiology, and Psychology from Missouri State University in 2022.  He also earned a master's in professional studies with an emphasis and graduate certificate in Sports Management.Â
