2019-20 (Cross Country)
- Coached the Sun Conference Champion of Character (Isaiah Boyd)
- Guided the women to a fifth place finish at the Sun Conference Championship
- Aided in the men setting four personal records at the Sun Conference Championship
2020 (Track & Field)
- The Seahawks completed the indoor season and competed in one outdoor meet when the season was canceled by the NAIA on Mar. 16
- Aided in Chris Grinley claiming his his second straight NAIA All-American honor for the indoor season in the 60-meter hurdles
- Helped with two men qualify for the NAIA Indoor National Championship
- Assisted with three women and two men earn Sun Conference All-Academic honors
Pre-Keiser
Prior to Keiser, Kregel spent two seasons as the Head Coach of the Cross Country and Track & Field programs at Waldorf University. In her time, she coached two NAIA All-Americans and seven NSAA conference champions.
Kregel started her coaching career as an Assistant Coach at Penn State Behrend. In her two years, she helped the men's and women's cross country teams win two conference championships. For her efforts, she was named the 2016 USTFCCCA, NCAA Division II, Mideast Region Women's Assistant Coach of the Year.
Kregel was also instrumental in the Lions capturing two CSAC outdoor track and field championships. She coached four All-Americans, seven national qualifiers, and three Academic All-Conference honorees. In addition, the cross country and track & field teams earned All-Academic recognition.
Running Career
Kregel ran track & field and was a standout at Wartburg College, helping the Knights capture three NCAA Division III, Outdoor National Championships. She was also part of all four indoor and outdoor track & field IIAC Conference Championships. Kregel claimed five IIAC indoor individual titles and four IIAC indoor championships. She was also a three-time outdoor All-American and two-time indoor All-American.
Personal
Kregel graduated from Wartburg in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Fitness Management. She earned her Master's in Business Administration from Penn State Behrend in 2017.
