Vaughan's Vision

• Entering his fifth year as the Head Esports Coach at Keiser University.
• Holds a 138-111 overall record. 
• Has tutored five Mid-South All-Conference choices, and seven All-Sun Conference selections.
• Honored as Mid-South Coach of the Year in 2022-23, and Sun Conference Coach of the Year for 2023-24.

2024-25

• Keiser ended the year with a 13-9 record
• Mentored four All-Conference selections

2023-24

• Finished with a program best 59 wins. 
• Won the Sun Conference Championship in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.
• Mentored Sun Conference Player of the Year Aaron Fox. 
• Aidan Britton was honored as Sun Conference Champion of Character. 

2022-23

• Logged a 50-36 record.
• Finished second overall in the Mid-South Conference.
• Mentored Mid-South All-Conference selections Daniel Blanco, Aaron Fox, and Christopher Garcia. 
• Named Mid-South Coach of the Year. 

2021-22

• Posted a 16-31 record in his first season as head coach. 
• Helped the Keiser Call of Duty team compete in the Steel Series Collegiate COD Duos Tournament.
• Daniel Blanco and Federico Flaquer were named to the Mid-South All Conference team.
• Blanco became first player in school and conference history to have a perfect 9-0 run in Super Smash Brothers.

Pre-Keiser
Vaughan arrived at Keiser after spending the previous two seasons at St. Andrews University as the Esports Head Coach. Under his watch, the Knights posted an impressive 7-1 overall record in their inaugural season and placed fifth in the NACE National Valorant Tournament. St. Andrews also competed in Rocket League, Overwatch, and Call of Duty during his tenure.
 
Personal
Vaughan graduated from St. Andrews University with a Bachelor's degree in visual and performing arts with a concentration in game art design and earned his Master's degree in business administration.
