The No. 20 Keiser wrestling team closes out the regular season this weekend with a pair of duals, beginning with Senior Night on Friday before hitting the road for the finale on Saturday. The Seahawks will host Truett McConnell on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. inside the Student Life Center. Prior to the dual, Keiser will honor its senior class in a special Senior Night ceremony.
Keiser enters the weekend ranked No. 20 in the latest NAIA Coaches Poll, marking the first Top 25 ranking in program history. The Seahawks also boast six individually ranked wrestlers and will look to carry momentum into the postseason. Friday's home dual serves as both a celebration and a key opportunity for the Seahawks to sharpen up ahead of tournament competition. Keiser will then travel to Miami Gardens, Fla., on Saturday for a 7:00 p.m. matchup against St. Thomas in the final regular season dual of the year. The road contest provides one final test before the conference championships.
Following Saturday's dual, the Seahawks will turn their full attention to the AAC Tournament, scheduled for Feb. 20–21 in Miami Gardens, Fla. With postseason implications on the horizon, this weekend presents Keiser an opportunity to build momentum, honor its seniors, and fine-tune its lineup before competing for a conference title.
