The defending NAIA National Champions, No. 1 Keiser University women's swimming were bested by the defending NCAA Division II National Champions, Nova Southeastern on Saturday afternoon at Lake Lytal Aquatic Center in West Palm Beach, Fla. The Seahawks won three individual events and the opening relay.
Keiser will be back on Friday, January 23 for the Alumni meet at Lake Lytal at 3:00 p.m. before they face Division II Barry on Saturday on Senior Day at 10:00 a.m.
- Keiser falls to 2-5 in dual meets this season
- The Seahawks drop to 0-9 all-time against NSU
- KU opened the day with strong results, as Janiszewska, Vorontsova, Bersi, and Santiago took the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 1:42.18
- Janiszewska then continued her positive day with a win in the 100 Back by over two seconds
- Vorontsova put in a strong performance in the 100 Breast, touching the wall at 1:04.88 and finishing second
- Janiszewska was back at it in the 200 Back, winning just in front of Rachel Bradley and Charlotte Gautier
- Bersi got her win in the 100 Fly, hitting the wall at 54.10
- In the 200 IM, Bersi and Janiszewska finished 2-3, touching the wall within a second of each other

Keiser will be back on Friday, January 23 for the Alumni meet at Lake Lytal at 3:00 p.m. before they face Division II Barry on Saturday on Senior Day at 10:00 a.m.
