The Women's Golf Coaches Association announced the 2024-25 NAIA WGCA Awards on Monday. Keiser's Sophia Sindersberger has been named the NAIA WGCA Freshman of the Year Presented by StrackaLine.

She becomes the second Seahawks in program history to earn this award (Emma Lee Tortensson - 2019-20).

• A two-time Sun Conference Golfer of the Week in 2024-25
• Placed seventh at the NAIA National Championship with a 5-over, 293
• Finished the year with an adjusted scoring average of 73.5
