(rv) Keiser softball went 2-1 on their final day of competition in the 2025 Sun Conference Tournament, defeating (rv) Coastal Georgia and Webber International and falling to No. 15 Southeastern. The Seahawks won their first tournament game since 2018, and won their sixth extra inning game of the season. For their play this week,
Mackenzie Masternak and
Lizzy Small were named to the All-Tournament team. The Seahawks now await the NAIA Selection Show on May 7 to find out their postseason fate.

After Keiser was held scoreless in yesterday's game,
Genesis Iglesias ignited the Seahawk offense with a no-doubt home run to left field in the bottom of the third

- Another RBI single tied the game, but the Mariners were stopped from taking the lead on an excellent throw from Faith Campos to Kelsey Ganci

- Mackenzie Masternak was in the circle once again, striking out three batters (82 pitches)
- Lizzy Small pitched two innings in relief, and picked up her 52nd career win (42 pitches)

With the game tied 0-0 in the sixth inning, Webber International had the bases loaded with one out.

- The Warriors loaded the bases, and with Keiser's postseason fate possibly in the balance, KU turned to Lizzy Small in the circle
- Keiser's career wins leader did not disappoint, recording two quick outs to keep the game tied

- With the game now in extra innings, Keiser was able to keep the score knotted at zero thanks in part to a diving catch from Bridget Dunham

- Lizzy Small got the start, and pitched 2.2 innings (63 pitches)
- Maggie Miller pitched the remaining 3.1 innings in relief, striking out one batter (34 pitches)

Keiser trailed 1-3 at the end of the fourth inning, and SEU padded their lead with three runs in the fifth
