Following her Sun Conference honor received on Monday,
Luiza Bersi was named the NAIA Women's Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week, announced by the league office on Thursday.

- This marks the third honor of Bersi's career and first recognition from the NAIA
- In the 100 Fly, she broke an NAIA record that had stood for eight years, setting a new best, 53.63
- Earlier in the day, she set a new personal best in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:01.51
- Bersi now owns the top time in the NAIA in the 100 Fly and 200 Fly
- She also ranks in the top five for the 50 Free, 100 Free, and 400 IM
Keiser returns to action on Wednesday, November 5, when they take on Ave Maria and Indian River. The meet is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. start at the Anne Wilder Aquatic Complex.
