The Keiser women's cross country team earned a seventh-place finish at the Ave Maria Invitational on Saturday morning in Ave Maria, Florida. The Seahawks posted a total team time of 2:07:14 in the 5k event, continuing to show progress midway through the fall season.
Sophomore Camille Romero led the charge for Keiser once again, finishing 15th overall with a time of 20:49.2, marking another strong performance near the front of the pack. Fellow sophomore Eva Vrancken followed in 28th (23:46.0), while freshman Jessica Dixon took 34th (25:00.3). Rounding out the scoring five were Daniela Torres Logrono in 40th (28:29.6) and Jordane Walter in 42nd (29:08.9).
