No. 1 Keiser University women's swimming team swam at their first dual meet of the season this week, defeating Milligan but dropping the dual to SCAD. The Seahawks took down Milligan 200-114 while falling to SCAD by nearly the same margin, 114-199. KU picked up three individual wins and one win in a relay.
Keiser will be back in the water next weekend when they travel down to Boca Raton, Fla. to face Division I Florida Atlantic on Saturday, October 18. The meet is set to begin at 10:00 a.m. at the FAU Aquatics Center.

- In the series history against each team, Keiser is now 1-0 against Milligan and 1-3 against SCAD
- Janiszewska's win in the 100 Back will likely be the first of many for the freshman as she currently ranks second in the NAIA
- In the 200 Back, she came in second place, just three milliseconds off the top time in the NAIA
- Vorontsova moved into third in the NAIA in the 200 Breast, shaving just over four seconds off her time from the FIU TYR Fall Classic
