Keiser Softball split a doubleheader this afternoon at Southeastern University. The Seahawks will end the regular season 34-14, 12-9 overall.

- Lizzy Small pitched the entire game, and picked up three strikeouts. (126 pitches)

Keiser was cold from behind the plate, and mustered only one hit compared to Southeastern's 10.

- The Fire took the lead with an RBI double.

- Southeastern added another run on a single up the middle.

- SEU went retook the lead on an RBI double.

- The Fire got two more runs on the board with a two-run homer to left field.

The Seahawks withstood a barrage of SEU hits (15) and capitalized on two errors by the Fire to come away with the victory.

- The Fire answered with an RBI, and an unearned run when a runner was thrown out at second base.

- Bridget Dunham reached on a fielder's choice, and Molly Reid scored on the play.
- Dunham later scored on a Southeastern fielding error.

- The Fire crept back into the game with an RBI single, and a Keiser throwing error.
Keiser 7, SEU 4
- Keiser got an insurance run when Lanie Macicek scored on a Southeastern fielding error.

The Seahawks will take part in the Sun Conference Softball Tournament, starting May 3 in Clearwater, Fla.
