No. 6 Keiser women's lacrosse fell in the Sun Conference Tournament Championship to No. 4 SCAD Savannah 13-12 at the Multi-Purpose Field in West Palm Beach, Fla. In a tightly contested game throughout, the Seahawks took the lead in the fourth quarter, with the semifinal hero,
Chloe Foley, coming in clutch once again. The Bees would quickly counter to tie before taking the lead with just over five minutes to play. Keiser would have a chance late in the game, but SCAD would hang on for the win.
After the conclusion of the game,
Madison Andrews,
Chloe Foley, and
Milena Isturiz were named to the Sun Conference All-Tournament team.

SCAD Savannah 5, Keiser 4
- The Seahawks netted the first goal of the game with a score by Abbey Cannon with 13:36 on the game clock.
- After Clarke Haas tied the game with 12:14 left, Sydney Passaro gave Keiser the lead back, scoring her 12th goal of the season (11:16).
- Madison Andrews was credited with the assist on the score.
- Less than a minute later, Haas tied the game again, scoring the Bee's second goal.
- SCAD registered two more goals to take a 4-2 lead with 7:41 on the game clock.Â
- A man-up, free position attempt by Milena Isturiz resulted in her 21st goal of the season, cutting the SCAD lead to one (4:54).
- The Seahawks tied the game 4-4 with a goal by Emily McCall with just over a minute left in the period.
- Haas recorded the hat trick to give SCAD the one-goal lead with 21 seconds left in the first.
SCAD Savannah 10, Keiser 6
- SCAD extended its lead with two straight goals to start the second quarter.
- Goals by Emma Roch (13:06) and Annise Berkeley (12:12) pushed the Bee's lead to 7-4.
- Andrews tallied her second point of the game with a goal at the 11:20 mark as SCAD's lead was cut to 7-5.
- Haas scored her fourth goal of the contest followed by Berkeley's second of the game as SCAD took a 9-5 lead.
- After a MaryGrace Gordon goal extended SCAD's lead to five, Cannon put up the Seahawks' sixth goal of the game with 3:01 left in the half.Â
SCAD Savannah 11, Keiser 9
- Isturiz found Madison Andrews to open the second half at 13:18 with her second goal of the game.
- Samantha Esher netted her second goal of the game to bring the game within two (10-8).Â
- Haas pushed the lead to three, 11-8, with 11:51 remaining.
- With 9:44 on the clock, Frew fired back to cut the lead for the final goal of the quarter.
SCAD Savannah 13, Keiser 12
- Keiser controlled the momentum early in the third as Isturiz tallied another free position goal with 10:54 showing.
- Less than a minute later, Andrews found the back of the net to complete her hat trick and tie the game at 12-12.
- It was Foley who gave the Seahawks the late lead with her 36th goal of the season at the 8:20 mark.
- Less than a minute later, Berkeley tied the game with her third goal of the contest.
- With 5:11 to play, McKinsey Brown would score her lone goal of the game for SCAD, putting the Bees back in front.
- The Seahawks would have chances down the stretch, but the SCAD defense would hold strong to take the win.
- Keiser moves to 11-7 on the year.
- The Seahawks are now 9-3 in postseason conference play with a 2-3 record in the conference championship game.
- Andrews led the way for the Seahawks with five points on three goals and two assists.
- Both Andrews and Isturiz recorded two assists each in the game for KU.
- Isturiz also led the team in caused turnovers, groundballs, and draw controls.
- Frew also recorded three caused turnovers to go along with three draw controls and a goal.
- Sydney Parker finished second on the team with four groundballs.
- Margaret Wroe played all 60 minutes in net for Keiser and registered 12 saves in the game.
- Keiser completed 20 clears in the game which marked a season-high for the Seahawks.
