Keiser Softball moved their record to 20-5 today with wins over Siena Heights and Dakota Wesleyan. The Seahawks are off to the best start in program history.

- Lizzy Small got the start and struck out three batters. (52 pitches)
- Maggie Miller pitched two innings in relief. (23 pitches)
- Alexa Michon pitched the last inning and got two strikeouts. (14 pitches).

Keiser was in control of this one wire-to-wire and got a strong performance from the pitching staff to maintain a shutout.

The Seahawks had an excellent hitting performance and batted around in the third and fourth innings.

"I'm very impressed with the way the team played this week," said Head Coach
John Pryor. "It's not easy to play 10 games in six days, but the girls showed a lot of heart, competed with some very good teams, and I saw a lot of improvement across the board."

The Seahawks will begin conference play next weekend with a home series versus Webber International, starting Friday at 3:00 p.m.
