No. 17 Men's Soccer

No. 9 Men's Soccer Hosts Rocky Mountain and Lindsey Wilson in Weekend Home Opener

The No. 9 Seahawks return to the pitch at home to take on the Battlin' Bears of Rocky Mountain College and the Blue Raiders of Lindsey Wilson. Keiser returns to Arrigo-Vecellio field with a 1-1 record. The Seahawks recorded a win over the No. 2 ranked Rams and faced a loss to the Running Eagles of Life 0-1 in the Mobile tournament.

  • Keiser opened the year with a shutout victory over the No. 2 in the nation, defeating Mobile (Ala.), 2-0, on Thursday.
  • The Seahawks continued the Mobile tournament and faced their first loss of the season to the Running Eagles of Life (Ga.), 0-1.
  • Goalkeeper Santiago Nebot  earned SUN Defensive Player of the Week while additionally earning NAIA Defensive Player of the week after his performance against Mobile and Life racking up 12 saves.
  • Alessio Silva currently leads the way for the Seahawks with one goal and one assist. 
  • Not far behind Silva, Jakob Schnitzler has one goal on the season.
  • Senior captain Jack Casey has one assist on the season. 
  • Head Coach Gavin Oldham has three new graduate assistant coaches on the season, including former Seahawks Alpha Faye and Nikolas Cam Orellana.
