"Saw a better effort out of the boys today," said Head Coach,Â
Daniel Finn, "A little bit up and down early on but I felt the energy level and the focus was improved in the big moments and big points. Cardinal Stritch has a good team and competes really well so it was important we stayed locked in throughout. A big point we've stressed over the last couple of days is about playing our brand of tennis and once we settled in today I thought the boys did a very good job of that. Now we have to recover and get ready for another really tough one coming up on Wednesday."
The Seahawks are scheduled to play Division I, Kennesaw State on Wednesday morning at home in Boca Raton, Fla.
