No. 1 Women's Swimming and Diving Defeats Rollins at Home

No. 1 Keiser University women's swimming and diving team were victorious over NCAA Division II Rollins College, defeating the Tars, 170-92, at the Lake Lytal Aquatic Center on Friday afternoon.

  • In the 200 Medley Relay, Lorie Seranski, Nikoline Biltoft-Jensen, Zselyke Papp and Timea Aspegren placed first with a time of 1:48.90.
  • Kira Runnels, Lily Robinson, Karoline Kristensen and Aubrey Bach placed third in the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 1:52.41
  • Rachel Bradley came in first place in the 1000 Free with a time of 10:49.51. She beat her previous top time In the NAIA
  • Bradley came in first in the 200 Free with a time of 1:58.79, Danai Sofoulis placed second with a time of 1:58.98.
  • In the 100 Backstroke, Lecomte placed first with a time of 59.03, Seranski placed second with a time of 1:00.29. 
  • Biltoft-Jensen placed first in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:06.47. She beat her previous top time (No. 3 in the NAIA). 
    • In the same event, Runnels placed third with a time of 1:10.75. 
  • In the 200 Fly, Kristensen came in second place for the Seahawks with a time of 2:14.19. She beat her previous top time (No. 6 in the NAIA). 
  • Also placing in the 200 Fly was Zselyke Papp finishing third (2:17.35).
  • Sofoulis raced in the 50 Free and came in first place with a time of 25.16. She beat her previous top time (No. 10 in the NAIA).
  • Aspegren also raced in the 50 Free placing second (25.33). 
  • For the 100 Free, Aspegren placed second for Keiser with a time of 55.14 while Mirium Wolfrum placed third (56.14).   
  • Bradley placed first in the 200 Backstroke with a time of 2:10.35, Seranski also placed second with a time of 2:10.42.
  • Biltoft-Jensen placed first in the 200 Breaststroke as she finished with a time of 2:26.35. 
  • In the 500 Free, Giulia Mantuan placed second with a time of 5:22.08, she beat her previous top time (No. 11 in the NAIA). Lecomte placed 3rd with a time of 5:22.38. 
  • Keiser took the top three  places in the 100 Butterfly
    • Papp placed first (58.65) where she beat her previous top time (No. 5 in the NAIA).
    • Kristensen place second (59.95) where she beat her previous #7 top time (No. 7 in the NAIA).
    • Eva Mair placed third (1:01.59). 
  • The Seahawks placed second and third in the 400 IM
    • Runnels finished second (4:49.08)
    • Aspegren finished third (4:49.49)
  • In the 200 Free Relay, Papp, Wolfrum, Mair and Mantuan placed first with a time of 1:41.49.
    • In third, Sofoulis, Bradley, Seranski, and Madison Thrasher with a time of 1:44.55.
