Coach's Corner

"Gutsy one today," said Head Coach, Daniel Finn, "We knew going in that Union would bring a lot of energy and compete, but certainly didn't want to go down early like we did today. We have to find ways to close out these doubles points. Too many chances today and just couldn't close. With that said, I'm proud of the boys as, for the second day in a row, found a way to grab back the momentum and grind their way back into the match that ultimately got them the win. In its own positive way, we have really not played up to our standard early on in this tournament, but have found ways to win. At the end of the day, that's what matters most. Tomorrow though, it will be a dogfight and we have to get what rest we can and make sure we are ready to come out stronger tomorrow."

Up Next
The Seahawks will head into their fourth semifinal in program history when they face No. 2 Tennessee Wesleyan tomorrow, May 20.
