The No. 2 Keiser men's tennis team took down Division II opponent Palm Beach Atlantic for the second time this season on Thursday.

• Keiser opened the scoring on court one with Juan Marrero and Charly Zick winning 6-3 over Roberto Binaghi and Luis Eduardo Platas.
• Soufiane El Mesbahi and Geronimo Barrios clinched the doubles point on court two, winning 6-4 over Umberto Rosi and Jorge Santamaria.
• With the doubles point secured Luke Simkiss and Yassir Kilani fell 6-7 on court three to Rodolfo Hasegawa and Blake Williams.

• Simkiss took little time on court one with a 6-2, 6-3 win.
• Bart Nouws followed up on court two with a 6-2, 6-4 win.
• On court four, El Mesbahi clinched the match for Keiser with a 6-0, 6-3 victory.
• Fred Oervad fell on court three 6-2, 6-3 for the Palm Beach Atlantic's first point.
• As the rain began to fall, Barrios was able to outlast Binaghi on court two, 6-2, 3-6, 1-0(8).
• Unfortunately Zick was unable to finish his match on court five with Keiser taking the match 5-1.

"Happy to get the win today in tricky conditions," said Head Coach, Daniel Finn, "We still have a lot of work to do and it showed at times today. I feel that we are giving away too much momentum at times and giving away too many free points. We have adjustments to make and we will get back to work and ready to battle this weekend."


The Seahawks will turn their attention to No. 24 Southeastern that they will play on Saturday, February 19 in Lakeland, Florida.
