The No. 2 Keiser Seahawks toppled NCAA Division II, Northwood on Sunday afternoon by the final score of 7-0. The Seahawks have won their last eight matches, sweeping seven of them.

• The Seahawks struck first out of the third spot as Charly Zick and Jesse Den Hratog picked up a 6-0 win.
• Today's lone doubles point went to Keiser when Toru Horie and Kotaro Mochizuki notched a 6-1 victory.
• Luke Simkiss and Fred Oervad capped off doubles play with a 7-5 win on court two.

• Keiser opened singles play with a 6-0, 6-1 win by Bart Nouws in the sixth slot.
• No. 17 Oervad made it 3-0 in favor of the Seahawks with his 6-1, 6-1 win.
• KU clinched the match on a shutout by Horie in the second spot.
• Keiser upped the margin to 5-0 when No. 1 Simkiss toppled Grundstrom, 6-2, 6-0.
• The sixth point was won by No. 10 Zick with scores of 6-4, 6-3.
• The day concluded on court five as Den Hartog won, 6-2, 6-4.

Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "I am much happier with the start today. We did a much better job of starting strong and playing solid tennis early and that set the tone. The boys always like playing on the national campus. Now we can get some rest and get ready for a strong road test next week."
