The Keiser Spirit Squad claimed the championship in both dance and cheer at the 2021 Diamond's Christmas Championship in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Saturday, December 11.
 
The Seahawks competed against 10 other organizations at the South Florida Fair & Palm Beach Expo to kick off the 2021-22 season.

"It was exciting to see this young/new team come together to compete in their first competition of the season," Head Coach Laura Pucker said. "Many of the members are not only new to the team but also new to competing. The performances we incredible and I am so proud of what we accomplished. The routines were clean, and they brought Seahawk energy to clench the Grand Champion title again for a fourth time." 
 
Keiser claimed the cheer title, posting a score of 222.75. The Seahawks scored 74.75 in tumbling, 74.25 in jumps, motion, and dance, and 73.75 in stunts, tosses, and pyramids. With the first-place finish, Keiser earned the Grand Championship Bid to The Finale on April 23-24, 2022, in Jekyll Island, Georgia.
 
In dance, the Seahawks posted a score of 227.35, to take first. Scoring 76.00 in All-Star Dance, 74.35 in jumps, motion, and dance, and 77.00 in tumbling, Keiser earned its second Grand Championship bid of the competition.

"We are looking forward to Spring Semester where we will be going to a couple of NAIA comps starting in January against STU in Miami, in NOLA-Xavier University in February, CANAM Nationals-Myrtle Beach, SC in March, and World Championships in Orlando in April.," Pucker said. "We hope to continue to be successful." 
 
The Seahawks will next take on St. Thomas in a dual on January 29 in Miami Gardens, Florida.
