The No. 7 Keiser University Seahawks fell to NCAA Division 1, UNC Asheville, 5-4 on Thursday afternoon in Boca Raton, Fla.

• Julian Turosienski and Olivier Koeng shifted the advantage in doubles towards Keiser with a 6-2 victory in the third spot.
• UNC Asheville tied the doubles match after No. 13 Luke Simkiss and Geronimo Barrios fell in the second spot, 7-5.
• The Seahawks claimed the lone doubles point when No. 6 Riccardo Ferraris and Juan Marrero won in the top slot, 7-5.

• No. 6 Simkiss extended the advantage to 2-0 with a 6-3, 6-2 victory in the top spot.
• UNC Asheville got on the board in the fifth spot as Gerard Andres Rodriguez fell, 6-3, 6-4.
• The Bulldogs knotted the match at two-apiece when No. 22 Barrios lost on court two, 6-4, 6-3.
• Keiser jumped back ahead 3-2 when Ferraris fought back to win a three-set thriller, 4-6, 6-2, 6-0.
• The match was tied for a second time when Marrero lost in the third spot, 7-6, 6-2.
• The Seahawks dropped the match when Turosienski fell in the fourth slot, 6-4, 6-7, 0-6.

   
Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "This was another close battle for the boys today. Its hard to keep coming out on the bad end when you compete so hard for an entire match. Today's match came down to the final points and we need to be tougher down the stretch if we want to come up with the point in the big moments. UNC Asheville was a good team and we just couldnt't get the victory.
